On a \u00e9t\u00e9 au march\u00e9 chinois acheter ce qu&#8217;il fallait pour faire un repas Tha\u00ef: Somtam (Papaya salad), Namtok (waterfall beef) et Kaow niaw (sticky rice).<\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\">C&#8217;\u00e9tait tellement bon que deux jours plus tard j&#8217;ai refait du riz collant et la sauce\u00a0 du Namtok. Frire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la viande soit chaude \u00e0 point (environ une minute).
